A Celebration of Making Noise (2024)
A Celebration of Making Noise was a live event held at Analog to mark the release of WPLN’s Making Noise podcast, the story of Lovenoise, a Nashville, TN-founded and Black-owned concert promotion company . I played a key role in planning, designing, and executing the event, securing sponsorships and creating compelling marketing materials, including custom graphics and print collateral. The event exceeded attendance expectations, with 157 tickets sold and increased engagement via strategic promotional channels.

To celebrate the release of the Making Noise podcast by producing a live performance/party at Analog, connecting the audience with the essence of the show.

Led the event planning, creative direction, and design for the event. Secured sponsorship from Red Bull and a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission. Managed the creation of event collateral, including digital assets and print materials.

The event was a success, surpassing expectations by selling 157 tickets (compared to the usual 120 for Analog Soul). The event also gained attention through media partnerships and on-air promotions, establishing a deeper connection between WPLN and its audience.

Worked closely with Nashville Public Radio board members for venue sponsorship, and external sponsors such as Red Bull, for event sponsorship.
